Cancellation Policy

Bookings through our booking platform
Standard flexible rates allow free cancellation up to seven days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within seven days of arrival may be subject to a charge equivalent to the first night's stay. Non-refundable rates, where chosen, cannot be cancelled or modified.
Bookings through third-party platforms
For reservations made through external platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, or others, the cancellation terms of that platform apply. Please refer to your booking confirmation on the original platform for specific cancellation terms and procedures.
No-show
A no-show is treated as a same-day cancellation and may be charged the full value of the first night's stay, regardless of the rate booked.
Modifications
Date changes are subject to availability and the original booking terms. Where a booking is non-refundable, modifications may not be possible.
How to cancel
For bookings made via our booking platform, cancel through the link in your confirmation email or contact our reservations team at victoriaadriatourist@gmail.com. For third-party bookings, cancel through the platform on which the booking was made.
