Reservations & Payment
A reservation is confirmed once payment terms have been met as specified at the time of booking. Rates are quoted per room, per night, in Euro (€), and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Tourist tax, where applicable, may be collected separately at check-in.
Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability — please notify us in advance.
House Rules
Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 08:00. Smoking is not permitted in any indoor space. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement in select rooms; please contact us before booking. Damage to property may be charged to the guest's account.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms vary by booking channel and rate. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy and to the terms attached to your specific reservation.
Liability
Prestige Rooms is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of guest belongings during the stay. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe where available. We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Pula.
